Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our production team at Mondelēz International. In this role you will independently operate and maintain key equipment, applying autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to ensure smooth line performance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain at least one process, piece of equipment or system on the production line.
• Apply autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) procedures to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery and sustainability targets.
• Execute standard work processes and monitor equipment performance.
• Identify, report and help resolve losses or inefficiencies in your area.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to continuously improve line performance.

Required profile

• Experience operating machines with guidance or coaching.
• Understanding of safety and quality standards for equipment operation.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in the site’s language.
• Strong teamwork skills in a diverse work environment.
