Account Manager - Sales & Partnerships

About the role

The Account Manager will act as a primary commercial representative for Radio Bahrain, driving advertising and sponsorship revenue across all platforms. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing, campaign delivery, and renewal—across spot airtime, show sponsorships, branded segments, digital media, and station activations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising and sponsorship business from direct clients and agencies.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio, ensuring retention, renewal, and revenue growth.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and media plans.
• Negotiate rates, packages, and contracts in line with the station’s rate card.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with Programming, Production, and Marketing to create integrated commercial solutions.
• Coordinate with traffic and scheduling teams for accurate campaign booking and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client industries to uncover opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media sales or advertising sales within the Bahrain market.
• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Commercial judgement and understanding of multi‑platform revenue streams.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
