Client Relationship Management Analyst

About the role

Marsh is seeking a Client Relationship Management Analyst to strengthen client satisfaction and retention within its Employee Health & Benefits business. You will work closely with relationship leaders and internal stakeholders to deliver proactive, data‑driven support in a fast‑paced professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and a strong client experience.
• Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and share periodic reports on client satisfaction, account performance, and relationship health for leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, feedback, and action items.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or an analytical client‑facing role (Employee Health & Benefits experience preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with a client‑centric mindset.
• Bahraini nationality is required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of Power BI (advantageous).
