Account Specialist

About the role

As an Account Specialist within Marsh Operations you will work in a collaborative environment focused on efficiency, quality and timely delivery. You will sit at the centre of Marsh’s value proposition for clients across the Middle East, partnering with Client Executives and Placement teams to support the end‑to‑end renewal lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client servicing and renewal documentation, gathering required information and formatting it for the Client Executive team.
• Maintain accurate records of client and carrier communications in Marsh systems (PRISM, RSM, Ezynsure, JIRA, Docusign).
• Track and report renewal progress across stages, including placement, invoicing and endorsement management.
• Generate and manage NDA and KYC requirements, and support the creation and maintenance of renewal documents and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for operational process improvement and ensure compliance with Marsh standards.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and compliance.

Required skills

• Experience with PRISM, RSM, JIRA, Ezynsure and Docusign platforms.
