About the role

Zayani Motors, a leading automotive company in Bahrain, is expanding and seeks a Warranty Administrator – Automotive to manage vehicle warranty claims and support the service department.

Key responsibilities

Process and manage all vehicle warranty claims promptly.
Review and approve claims according to manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain accurate warranty records and monitor expenses.
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding claim status.
Collaborate with the service department to ensure proper warranty procedures.
Conduct regular audits and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive warranty administration.
Strong knowledge of vehicle warranty policies and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
