Accounting & Regulatory Finance Manager

About the role

The Governance Manager – Accounting & Reporting ensures the accuracy and completeness of financial statements while overseeing accounting governance processes. The role supports internal and external reporting, drives financial analysis, and partners with finance and business stakeholders to strengthen oversight and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial statements and accounting records.
• Oversee internal and external financial reporting to guarantee timely, compliant submissions.
• Conduct materiality assessments, analytical reviews, and variance investigations.
• Maintain and enhance governance, risk, and control frameworks, including use of BlackLine.
• Partner with Finance Factory teams to review accounting provisions and tax-related estimates.
• Coordinate and support external and internal audit engagements, preparing documentation and monitoring remediation.
• Support tax governance by identifying, assessing, and escalating tax‑related risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting governance, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of audit processes and tax provisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with finance, audit, and business teams.

Required skills

• BlackLine (or similar control‑platform) proficiency.
