Administrative Coordinator – tMart Grocery Store

About the role

Talabat is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the rapid growth of its innovative grocery concept, tMart. You will ensure that product information, pricing, and supplier agreements are accurate and up‑to‑date, helping the team deliver a seamless 30‑minute grocery delivery experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily content updates, product listings, price changes and promotional activities in the Talabat app.
• Verify and upload missing product images, adjust barcodes, cost prices and descriptions as required.
• Maintain the master supplier file, ensuring all product data, specifications, images and prices are current.
• Track changes in a Google Sheet, recording updates to barcodes, prices and descriptions.
• Generate and analyse performance reports for products and suppliers.
• Update supplier agreements, manage the contractual process and keep records organized for compliance.
• Coordinate team scheduling to meet operational needs and maintain workforce efficiency.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in data recording or administrative roles.
• Highly detail‑oriented, structured and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives and managing multiple stakeholder expectations.
• Proactive, solution‑focused and eager to learn in a fast‑changing environment.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
