Advisor – Saudi Aramco Project Liaison

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking an Advisor to act as the primary interface between Yokogawa and Saudi Aramco senior management. The role focuses on strengthening relationships, ensuring smooth project delivery, and identifying business growth opportunities within mega‑projects.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with Saudi Aramco management on project delivery matters and bridge communication with Yokogawa leadership.
• Review progress of ongoing projects, including IKTVA and localization initiatives.
• Gather information on upcoming projects and enhance pre‑selection opportunities during the FEED phase.
• Identify digital and auxiliary solution opportunities for business growth.
• Guide major projects on management, engineering, risk, and profitability aspects.
• Improve project pursuit and engineering processes to align with Saudi Aramco feedback.
• Support new product collaborations such as CCS and MPS, and assist with Jafurah program execution.
• Lead localization initiatives, including local engineering resources and manufacturing support.
• Transfer knowledge to senior project managers and engineers to strengthen delivery capability.
• Liaise with YMA/YKSA management for information sharing and problem solving.

Required profile

• Proven experience interacting with senior management in large industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of project management, engineering, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco processes, IKTVA, and localization requirements.
• Ability to identify and promote digital and auxiliary solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
