Associate QC Engineer – Quality Control

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking an Associate QC Engineer to support quality control activities across its industrial projects. The role contributes to the company’s mission of advancing sustainable technologies and supporting the energy transition. The position is open to Bahraini nationals and offers the chance to work in a global team of 18,000 employees across 60 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control functions in various projects, including inspection and testing of instruments.
• Control measuring and testing instruments and conduct panel inspections.
• Carry out material receiving inspections and monitor inspection punch lists to ensure closeout.
• Generate QC documentation and reports.

Required profile

• Minimum engineering degree in Instrumentation or Electronics.
• Strong knowledge of electronics and instrumentation fundamentals.
• Ability to follow inspection and testing procedures according to training and documented guidelines.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English for email correspondence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fundamental understanding of electronics.
• Fundamental understanding of instrumentation.
• Computer operating skills.
