After Sales Support Officer – Operations Network

About the role

The After Sales Support Officer will ensure accurate and timely management of price‑list and medical network data for our clients. Working closely with payers, internal claims teams and other stakeholders, you will help maintain high‑quality service standards and prevent claim leakage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inclusion and changes of price‑lists and medical networks in client schemes and database systems.
• Communicate with payers to clarify pricing and address medical inquiries, coordinating with claims, pre‑certification and other internal teams.
• Produce and maintain high‑quality price‑list and network updates to meet client service standards.
• Generate periodic and daily performance reports.
• Support new enhancements and keep accurate records for internal and external review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (medical background a plus).
• Minimum 2 years experience in a TPA, hospital or medical centre environment.
• Physically fit to perform duties.
• Legally permitted to work in the country of operation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Strong internet navigation and research abilities.
• Data‑entry and basic data‑analysis capabilities.
