Clinical Provider – Telehealth (Bahrain)

About the role

You will join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a Clinical Provider, delivering 60‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. This freelance, remote role offers flexible business hours and can complement existing practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth (and occasional onsite) mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
• Address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence‑based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
• At least 300 clinical hours post‑master’s degree.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Experience in EAP, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite if required is a plus.
