Aftersales Manager – Service & Parts

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead its Service and Parts departments in Sitrah, Bahrain. This full‑time position reports to senior management and is responsible for driving profitability while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of service and parts teams to meet business targets.
• Develop and execute strategies that maximise revenue and departmental profitability.
• Handle escalated customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Recruit, train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage parts inventory, including stock levels, ordering and logistics.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and financial budgets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies and health‑safety regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or similar senior role, preferably in luxury automotive.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen with budgeting, financial control and P&L responsibility.
• In‑depth knowledge of vehicle service, repair and parts management.
• Organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and related software.
