AI Automation Fellow – Supply Chain

About the role

The AI Automation Fellow – Supply Chain joins Calo’s AI & Automation track for a one‑year, full‑time fellowship. You will work on real‑world supply‑chain challenges, designing and building AI‑driven solutions that automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify manual, repetitive processes within forecasting, inventory, purchasing and operations.
• Design AI‑powered tools to automate inventory counting, ordering workflows and reporting.
• Develop and prototype automation solutions that integrate with existing supply‑chain systems.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain stakeholders to gather requirements and validate impact.
• Rotate across different business teams for two weeks each month to gain end‑to‑end business insight.
• Present project outcomes during the Fellowship Showcase Day.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (high school or university) with strong analytical mindset.
• Passion for AI, automation and supply‑chain optimization.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from day one.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
