AI Specialist

About the role

The AI Specialist will help identify, evaluate, and implement practical AI solutions across the business. Working with business teams, IT, and external partners, the role explores AI opportunities, supports pilots, and promotes responsible AI use.

Key responsibilities

• Explore and assess AI tools, models, agents, and platforms for business relevance.
• Translate business challenges into clear AI use cases and support small pilots or proofs of concept.
• Compare solutions on usability, accuracy, security, integration, cost and expected value.
• Configure and implement approved AI solutions using available platforms.
• Engage with departments to identify repetitive work and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain documentation, user guides, progress updates and share knowledge across the organization.

Required profile

• Good understanding of modern AI tools and their practical business applications.
• Strong curiosity, research and experimentation skills.
• Ability to communicate AI concepts in simple business language.
• Basic knowledge of data, security, privacy and responsible AI use.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot Studio, Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Power BI.
• Basic programming knowledge: Python, SQL, APIs, JavaScript, C#.
• Understanding of large language models, prompting, AI agents and system integration.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
