About the role

Base360.ai is seeking an AI Video Creator to shape the visual identity of the brand across all video channels. You will turn product concepts into launch videos, ads, and social clips that capture attention and evoke emotion, using the latest AI‑driven creative tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, produce and deliver emotional, scroll‑stopping video content for product launches, paid ads, short‑form social, and website hero sections.
• Leverage AI tools for end‑to‑end creation, including video, voice, image and music generation (e.g., Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney).
• Animate and edit motion‑design elements such as kinetic typography, product demos and slick transitions.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand feel across all formats, from vertical TikTok/Reels to landscape website videos.
• Iterate quickly by testing concepts, analysing performance data and scaling successful ideas.

Required profile

• A strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality video and motion‑design work.
• Fluency with AI creative tools and a passion for staying at the cutting edge of technology.
• Excellent visual taste and the ability to differentiate premium from low‑quality output.
• Self‑directed, fast‑moving and capable of turning rough ideas into polished final assets without extensive guidance.
• Ability to hook viewers within the first three seconds and sustain engagement.
