Application Specialist – KeyLoop Dealer Management System

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for an Application Specialist to serve as the primary expert for its KeyLoop (Autoline) Dealer Management System. Based in Sitra, Bahrain, you will ensure the system runs smoothly, support users, and help optimise automotive business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot the KeyLoop (Autoline) Dealer Management System.
• Provide technical support and user assistance for the DMS.
• Maintain system security, availability and performance.
• Develop and execute backup and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
• Integrate the DMS with other IT systems.
• Set up and manage user accounts.
• Create reports for users and executives.
• Perform terminal setup and maintain DMS documentation.
• Assist end‑users during month‑end closing.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience with KeyLoop (Autoline) DMS.
• Strong understanding of automotive retail processes (sales, after‑sales, parts, service).
• Analytical and logical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
