IS Design Unit Head

About the role

The IS Design Unit Head will lead the design and implementation of information systems across the division, ensuring alignment with business objectives and internal policies. This senior position requires a strategic mindset, strong technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for IS design initiatives.
• Develop, customize, and re‑engineer software solutions using best‑practice methodologies.
• Design and implement integration services, ETL processes, and data‑warehouse architectures.
• Produce analytical reports and predictive‑analytics solutions to support decision‑making.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot system solutions, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
• Lead testing activities, create test scenarios, and ensure systems meet functional specifications.
• Conduct audits and assessments of existing IS, identifying weaknesses and recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to interpret business environments and apply internal policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a business context.
• Experience organizing and planning complex projects to meet short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Capability to work with national and foreign languages as needed.
