Architect – Design and Project Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a creative, technically capable, and detail‑oriented Architect to lead the planning, design, development, and delivery of architectural projects. You will translate concepts and client requirements into functional, visually compelling solutions while ensuring high quality and compliance with technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, design proposals and project solutions based on client and project requirements.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, details, specifications and presentation materials.
• Coordinate designs with structural, electrical, mechanical, interior, landscape and other technical disciplines.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, inspections and design reviews as needed.
• Assist with planning applications, approvals, permits and related documentation.
• Review shop drawings, material samples and technical submissions to ensure alignment with approved designs.
• Support project teams in resolving design challenges and implementing practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate architectural documentation and ensure organized project information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture.
• Strong attention to quality, technical standards, functionality and design intent.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts and design updates.
