Art Director

About the role

TCCA is seeking an Art Director who will lead creative vision and execute with precision across brand, campaign, social and production projects. You will own the visual direction, ensuring every decision is strategic and world‑class.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative concept development for brand, campaign, social and production initiatives.
• Translate strategy and briefs into compelling visual directions.
• Direct designers, videographers, and photographers, reviewing and approving all creative output before client delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to maintain creative consistency across all touchpoints.
• Present concepts and creative rationale to clients.
• Maintain and elevate TCCA’s creative standards on every project.

Required profile

• 5+ years of art‑direction experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Deep understanding of branding, typography, motion and visual storytelling.
• Experience directing photo and video shoots.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
