Assistant Manager – Treasury

About the role

Red Castle is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Treasury function in Manama. The role will support the Investment Banking Division (IBD) by preparing detailed MIS, managing cash flow, and handling foreign exchange and banking operations. The successful candidate will hold a Chartered Accountant qualification and be comfortable working with batch processes.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly detailed Investment, Borrowing & FX Exposure MIS for IBD.
• Liaison with banks to obtain LC discounting quotes and complete related documentation.
• Monitoring day‑to‑day balances for all bank accounts and circulating daily bank balance MIS.
• Preparation of consolidated cash flow at IBD level and projected cash flow for the next three months, including variance analysis.
• Close monitoring of bank charges and banking transactions.
• Preparation of monthly hedge effectiveness report for IBD.
• Preparation of monthly report showing effective conversion rates for foreign currency payments made by all IBD subsidiaries.
• Completion of documentation related to FX Forward contracts and responding to daily bank queries on banking limits.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Experience in treasury operations, cash‑flow forecasting and bank liaison.
• Ability to prepare and analyse monthly investment, borrowing and FX exposure reports.
