About the role
An international firm is expanding its Advisory practice, one of the largest and fastest-growing advisory businesses worldwide, and is seeking a seasoned Associate Director to lead projects across valuations and corporate finance in Bahrain.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver valuation, M&A, IPO and fundraising advisory engagements.
- Lead transaction due diligence and financial analysis.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 6 to 10 professionals across multiple engagements.
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients and contribute to business development.
Required profile
- CA, CPA or ACCA qualification.
- Several years of experience in valuation and corporate finance, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in valuations, restructuring and financial modelling.
