Associate Marketing

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an Associate Marketing professional to support the Marketing Manager with advertising campaigns, pricing strategies and targeting of the target audience. The role works with the wider marketing teams to raise brand awareness and manage local advertising, promotions and events according to the department's quarterly plan, brand guidelines and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager with advertising campaigns, pricing strategies and demographic targeting.
• Manage local advertising, promotional campaigns and event management within the quarterly plan, brand guidelines and budget.
• Position the brand well in the local market so that brand awareness, base expansion (acquisitions) and order frequency are the main results of social media activities.
• Build relationships with influencers and run monthly engagement activities with an influencer base.
• Develop a content calendar aligned with brand guidelines and the annual marketing calendar, including seasonal, local and international occasions.
• Edit and take UGC and EGC footage with basic video and editing skills.
• Cover events and activations on the ground with relatable content.
• Spot new social media trends and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social platforms within 3 hours.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of marketing experience.
• Detailed, structured and able to prioritize effectively.
• Eager to learn continuously and comfortable working with ambiguity.
