Audit Associate – Deloitte Bahrain

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Audit Associate to join its Audit & Assurance team in Manama, Bahrain. You will work on a variety of audit engagements, applying Deloitte’s methodology and tools to deliver high‑quality audit services for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and address audit and risk advisory priorities aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Apply relevant accounting standards and perform risk assessment procedures to identify material misstatement risks.
• Execute audit procedures using Deloitte’s Global Audit Imperatives, methodology, and tools.
• Formulate reasonable judgments and deliver timely, informative audit outputs.
• Ensure compliance with auditing standards, local laws, ethical standards, independence requirements, and firm quality controls.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting, auditing or a related field.
• Relevant work experience such as internships or summer positions.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and work both independently and collaboratively.
