Auditor – External Audit

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Auditor to lead and manage external audit engagements in our Seef office. The role involves planning, executing, and finalising audit assignments while ensuring high‑quality deliverables for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Review and analyse financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and communicate potential risks or issues to the audit team and clients.
• Ensure audit deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and addressing concerns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and changes in accounting and auditing standards.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects and tasks assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in external audit.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, CA or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet competing deadlines.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
