About the role

The Auto Finance Coordinator is responsible for processing customer requests for internal financing options and securing external financing from banks for vehicle purchases. This role requires a solid finance background, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process credit applications and verify customer information for internal financing.
• Explain financing options, terms, and conditions to customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide accurate financing information.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure loans for vehicle purchases.
• Prepare complete loan documentation and negotiate terms and interest rates.
• Stay updated on lending rates, loan programs, and automotive financing trends.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the financing process.
• Coordinate with sales administration to monitor deal approval compliance and generate weekly financing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance or accounting within the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations related to automotive financing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
