Automotive Job Controller

About the role

Zayani Motors is looking for an experienced Automotive Job Controller to lead workshop operations in Bahrain. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality, timely, and profitable vehicle repairs while maintaining strict compliance with warranty, ISO/DOS, and health & safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workshop flow, bay utilization, labor efficiency and overall profitability.
• Analyze repeat repairs, document findings and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct road tests and quality diagnosis checks before vehicle delivery.
• Lead, coach and motivate technicians to meet daily targets and continuous‑improvement goals.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, DOS, warranty guidelines and internal audit standards.
• Partner with the parts department to guarantee high parts availability.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar automotive workshop role.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle stress effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant workshop software.
• Knowledge of ISO/DOS compliance and health & safety regulations.
