Warranty Assistant – Automotive

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Warranty Assistant to support warranty claim processing and administration within our automotive division. The role ensures claims are accurately documented, processed on time, and coordinated with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process and submit automotive warranty claims accurately and within required timelines.
• Review claim documentation to ensure completeness of required information and supporting documents.
• Maintain organized, up‑to‑date records of warranty claims and related documentation.
• Liaise with vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve claim‑related issues.
• Track claim status and follow up on pending or rejected claims.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates regarding warranty claims.
• Coordinate with service and workshop teams to ensure accurate claim submissions.
• Identify discrepancies, unusual claims, or potential warranty fraud and escalate appropriately.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in automotive warranty administration or claims processing.
• Good understanding of automotive warranty policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant automotive systems/software.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
