Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our automotive team in Sitrah, Bahrain. This full‑time position offers the chance to work with a leading automotive group, providing high‑quality service and support to vehicle owners.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their automotive needs and advise on required repairs or maintenance.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and documentation for each vehicle.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to schedule and monitor repair work.
• Provide clear, detailed estimates and keep customers informed of progress.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle specifications and service requirements.
• Contribute to a positive, efficient team environment.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Organisational and administrative competence.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technology qualifications are a plus.
