Automotive Workshop Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Workshop Supervisor to lead our busy workshop in Bahrain. You will be the hands‑on leader responsible for daily operations, ensuring high‑quality repairs, efficient workflow, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate and manage a team of automotive technicians and support staff.
• Organise daily workflow, assign jobs and monitor progress to meet repair and maintenance deadlines.
• Conduct final quality‑control inspections to ensure compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
• Provide technical guidance and hands‑on assistance for complex diagnostics and repairs.
• Manage workshop resources, including tools, equipment and spare‑parts inventory.
• Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Liaise with service advisors to communicate estimates, timelines and technical details to customers.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor performance, give feedback and identify training needs.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in a supervisory or senior automotive technician role.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Commitment to quality, safety and operational excellence.
• Relevant technical qualification or certification in automotive engineering is desirable.
