About the role
We are looking for an experienced Fabrication In-Charge with strong experience in HDPE pipe manufacturing and supervisory operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise HDPE pipe manufacturing and fabrication activities.
- Manage daily production and fabrication operations.
- Coordinate manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Monitor production quality and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Identify and resolve fabrication and production issues.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
- Supervise and guide fabrication personnel.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HDPE pipe manufacturing.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of HDPE pipe fabrication/manufacturing processes.
- Good team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise production operations independently.
