Bellboy – Guest Service at Downtown Rotana

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bellboy to join the Front Office team at Downtown Rotana Hotel in Manama. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the hotel’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage from arrival points to rooms and back at checkout.
• Handle guest messages, mail, and packages promptly and professionally.
• Deliver morning newspapers and other guest deliveries without delay.
• Maintain clear communication with all hotel departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Keep the concierge desk and store room clean, tidy, and well‑organized.
• Stay updated on hotel facilities and local services to provide accurate information to guests.

Required profile

• Diploma in hospitality or vocational training in hotel concierge services.
• Strong English communication skills and a courteous, proactive attitude.
• Physically fit, customer‑driven, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with adaptability and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Opera PMS guest profile system.
