About the role
The Billing Specialist will join Black Bull Group’s operations in Bahrain, reporting to the Regional Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end billing process for client projects, ensuring that invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with contractual agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full billing cycle for assigned projects, from data collection to invoice issuance.
- Verify that invoicing complies with contract terms and pricing structures.
- Act as the primary liaison between project managers, finance teams, and clients to resolve billing queries.
- Maintain accurate billing records and support financial reporting activities.
- Identify and address discrepancies or billing issues promptly.
Required profile
- Proven experience in project billing, invoicing, or related financial administration.
- Strong understanding of contract terms and financial documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
