Brand Manager – Jaguar Land Rover

About the role

The Jaguar Land Rover Brand Manager will lead the strategic and commercial growth of the JLR business in Bahrain, overseeing brand strategy, sales performance, marketing, customer experience, aftersales operations and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall business and brand strategy for Jaguar Land Rover.
• Set and monitor annual sales, market share, profitability and growth targets.
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Create annual business plans, budgets, marketing strategies and advertising plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Parts and other departments to ensure strong operational performance.
• Manage relationships with JLR principals, dealerships, corporate customers, government entities and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee product positioning, pricing, promotions, campaigns and market activities.
• Drive customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and maintaining high service standards.
• Develop corporate, fleet and government business relationships, including tender opportunities.
• Lead staffing, organisational structure, training and performance development across the JLR business.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management or automotive business management.
• Strong experience within the automotive industry, preferably with a premium/luxury brand.
• Proven ability to manage brand strategy, commercial performance, budgets and cross‑functional operations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Knowledge of the Bahrain automotive market and JLR product portfolio is an advantage.
