JLR Brand Manager – Automotive

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for a highly motivated JLR Brand Manager to lead the Jaguar/Land Rover brand in Bahrain. The role combines strategic brand development, market analysis and close collaboration with sales and dealership networks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement JLR brand strategies aligned with corporate vision.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure effective product positioning and pricing.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights for product development and marketing.
• Oversee creation and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage relationships with JLR corporate team, local dealerships and key stakeholders.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the JLR product line to communicate benefits to customers.
• Control brand budget and ensure efficient resource use.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets and performance reports for Jaguar and Land Rover.
• Lead staff training, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven track record of successful brand strategy implementation.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and strategic problem‑solving ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with marketing software/tools.
