Brand Manager – Luxury Automotive

About the role

Alzayani Investments is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead the iconic Ferrari brand in Bahrain. The role combines strategic brand development with hands‑on execution across new and pre‑owned vehicle lines, ensuring alignment with Ferrari’s global standards while driving local growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor monthly sales and marketing KPIs, taking full P&L responsibility for new and used car businesses.
• Ensure all dealer and manufacturer communications are accurately briefed to sales, marketing and after‑sales teams.
• Identify market potential and develop growth plans for all Ferrari models.
• Act as the brand ambassador, maintaining showroom standards and overseeing the deployment of sales tools.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create sales plans, budgets and dealer composite programs.
• Coordinate customer complaint resolution and manage the waiting list.
• Develop annual dealer marketing plans, forge affinity partnerships and co‑marketing events with luxury brands.
• Oversee digital marketing tactics and ensure alignment across sales, marketing and after‑sales departments.
• Evaluate and reward performance of sales and marketing teams in coordination with the General Manager.

Required profile

• Proven track record in brand management, preferably within the luxury automotive sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
