Digital Content Creator

About the role

The Digital Content Creator will develop engaging, high‑quality digital assets that boost brand awareness, audience interaction, and marketing goals. Working across social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns and digital advertising, you will craft content that aligns with the organisation’s voice and visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce, edit and publish written, visual and video content for multiple digital channels.
• Maintain content calendars, campaign schedules and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Design, Sales and external partners to support product launches, promotions and brand initiatives.
• Monitor digital trends, audience preferences and emerging formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Analyse performance metrics (views, reach, engagement) and use insights to optimise future content.
• Maintain organised libraries of creative assets, version control and documentation.

Required profile

• Creative storyteller with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt content for different audiences and platform requirements.
• Good judgment in handling community feedback and identifying content opportunities.
• Team‑player who can coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
