About the role

Management Partners is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support healthcare projects, focusing on public‑sector transformation, business process improvement and digital transformation. The role is freelance/contractual with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 60‑70% onsite presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering.
  • Map existing business processes and workflows.
  • Document functions, pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop business analysis documentation.
  • Prepare detailed process flows.
  • Identify functional and information requirements.
  • Conduct process and system gap analysis.
  • Prioritize business and functional requirements.
  • Document system touchpoints and data requirements.
  • Support requirements matrices, business scenarios and implementation documentation.

Required profile

  • 6‑8+ years of experience, preferably in healthcare, public‑sector transformation, business process improvement or digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to conduct stakeholder interviews, map processes and produce clear documentation.
