Business Development Specialist

About the role

Bybit is looking for a Regional Business Development Specialist to expand its payments ecosystem across the MENA region and other emerging corridors. The role is commission‑only, offering uncapped earnings based on successful merchant acquisition, partnership development and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire merchants, PSPs, payment gateways, fintech partners and Web3 projects for Bybit Pay, Card and Fiat channels.
• Drive the full business development cycle: market mapping, lead generation, pitching, negotiation and partnership execution.
• Collaborate with internal product, compliance, payments operations and marketing teams to activate and scale payment use cases.
• Develop regional go‑to‑market strategies and pinpoint high‑potential payment corridors for crypto‑to‑fiat and fiat‑to‑crypto flows.
• Support cross‑border payment products, including settlement channels, payout solutions and merchant integrations.
• Provide market intelligence, partner feedback and competitive analysis to guide product direction.
• Represent Bybit at industry events, conferences and ecosystem partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in payments, fintech, PSP, acquiring or merchant acquisition.
• Strong understanding of local markets in the MENA region and emerging global corridors.
• Proven track record of driving regional growth and building strategic partnerships.
