Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist supports business growth by coordinating sales and marketing activities that strengthen customer relationships, boost brand visibility, and generate commercial opportunities. Working closely with internal teams, you will help identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and promote products or services effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales initiatives by identifying potential business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.
• Support lead generation, customer outreach, follow‑up activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Research market trends, customer behavior, competitor activity and provide insights for sales and marketing strategies.
• Help plan and coordinate digital marketing, social media, email communications, events and content initiatives.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, promotional materials and business reports.
• Track and analyse sales and marketing performance, monitor campaign outcomes and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and marketing data using CRM systems and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service and Operations teams to align commercial initiatives.
