Business Development & Tendering Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development & Tendering Manager to lead our growth initiatives across Bahrain and the GCC. The role focuses on identifying new industrial opportunities, managing the full tender cycle, and delivering compelling technical and commercial proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in heavy industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients.
• Manage tendering activities from enquiry through submission, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and deliver client presentations.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support strategic business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development and tendering, preferably in heavy industrial projects.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, quality and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to join within 30 days, with willingness to work across Bahrain and other GCC locations.

• Financial analysis understanding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
