Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – ERP Software

About the role

Diamond Software is seeking a highly driven Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive to expand its ERP software footprint in Bahrain. The ideal candidate already possesses a strong professional network and can independently generate leads, engage senior decision‑makers and close B2B contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through an existing professional network and active prospecting.
• Approach business owners, CEOs, CFOs, General Managers and other key decision‑makers.
• Identify customer requirements and position Diamond ERP solutions accordingly.
• Deliver professional ERP presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients.
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports.
• Coordinate with implementation and technical teams during the sales and handover process.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Strong existing business contacts and market connections in Bahrain.
• Proven track record of generating leads independently and closing B2B deals.
• Experience dealing directly with senior management and business owners.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Good understanding of business processes such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR/Payroll or POS is an advantage.
• Previous experience in ERP, business software, IT solutions or enterprise technology sales is strongly preferred.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence is an advantage.
