C2 Systems Common Operational Picture (COP) SME – OCONUS

About the role

We are seeking a C2 Systems Common Operational Picture (COP) Subject Matter Expert to support US Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa and other DoD units in Europe and Africa. The role involves configuring, integrating and maintaining a suite of C2 systems to provide commanders with accurate situational awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain GCCS‑TCO (JTCW/TCS) software to generate and display friendly and enemy positions for MAGTF commanders.
• Integrate and support C2 systems such as Agile Client, C2PC, TAK, JTCW, TSOA, AFATDS and DDS.
• Establish and synchronize the Common Operational Picture (COP) and coordinate COP Synchronization Tool configurations across echelons.
• Act as alternate administrator for MCEN‑S, TIE‑S and FMF‑NS Tactical COP servers.
• Collaborate with the Command Post Systems Advisor and other stakeholders at government customer sites.
• Provide on‑site support, issue resolution and architecture design for exercise and contingency operations.
• Travel up to 25 % to support deployed or allocated units.

Required profile

• Active security clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in C2 systems, C4I or related defense IT fields.
• Ability to work on‑site at government facilities and travel as required.
