The Call Center Agent handles both inbound and outbound telephone interactions, combining sales initiatives with high‑quality customer service. This position is ideal for a self‑motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys building rapport with callers.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Promote products or services, aiming to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and address customer concerns.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records as required.
  • Follow established scripts and adapt communication style to meet caller needs.

Required profile

  • Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
