Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote products or services, aiming to achieve sales targets.
- Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and address customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records as required.
- Follow established scripts and adapt communication style to meet caller needs.
