Call Center Executive

About the role

The Call Center Executive generates sales through inbound and outbound calls, turning customer inquiries into sales while promoting products and offers. The role focuses on customer engagement, upselling, cross-selling and lead follow-up to meet assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through inbound inquiries and outbound calls, and convert leads and inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Promote products, offers and services to prospective and existing customers, and recommend complementary products, accessories, warranties and value-added services.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and pending inquiries, and promote special offers, bundles and new launches.
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty, and coordinate with store and operational teams on product availability, orders and deliveries.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups and sales conversions, and submit sales reports.
• Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate complaint resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call centre, customer care or front desk role.
• Diploma (essential); graduate degree preferred.
• Hospitality or IT diploma preferable.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Strong customer focus, problem-solving ability and teamwork.
