About the role
We are looking for an experienced Carpentry Workshop Manager to lead our interior fit‑out workshop in Bahrain. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating with project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day workshop operations, plan production and allocate manpower.
- Supervise carpentry fabrication and finishing works, monitor material usage and productivity.
- Interpret AutoCAD drawings, coordinate production according to project requirements, and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain workshop safety, housekeeping standards and liaise with site and project teams.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in interior fit‑out and carpentry workshop management.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings.
