Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Equity Partner

About the role

Blocc is seeking a Chief Operating Officer who will also join as an equity partner. This senior leader will oversee daily operations, drive strategic planning, and help shape the agency’s long‑term growth while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee client accounts to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
• Coordinate operational and logistical matters across the business, optimizing internal workflows.
• Establish performance metrics, monitor operational risks, and improve day‑to‑day processes.
• Lead financial and resource management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Build, mentor, and develop teams to strengthen client service delivery.
• Contribute to strategic decisions as a long‑term equity partner.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Proactive problem‑solver with an ownership mindset.
• Experience in operations, account management, project management, or agency environments is a plus.
