About the role

A leading medical device company is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to join its Bahrain office, providing on‑site technical support for medical equipment across an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

Install, maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment at customer sites.
Lead technical support activities, resolve issues and handle customer complaints efficiently.
Support service revenue through service agreements, preventive maintenance and spare parts.
Coordinate installations, training and service resources while maintaining technical documentation and inventory.

Required profile

Bahraini nationals preferred due to nationalisation requirements.
Degree in Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of field service experience in medical devices, healthcare or life sciences.
Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s licence.
Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of medical equipment.
Technical documentation and inventory management.
