Club Attendant – Level

About the role

The Club Attendant – Level supports the smooth operation of the club area at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest service throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Complete closing duties: store reusable goods, break down items, clean equipment, lock refrigerators, restock, turn off lights, lock doors, and finish the daily cleaning checklist.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas; inspect china, glass, and silver for cleanliness and presentation before use.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas during service, following clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Follow all company safety, security, and quality policies; report hazards, accidents, or maintenance issues.
• Uphold uniform and personal appearance standards; protect confidential information and company assets.
• Assist guests with a professional welcome, answer phones courteously, and support teammates to achieve shared goals.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Comfort standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods during a full shift.
• Physical capability to reach overhead, bend, twist, stoop, and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces, including stairs and ramps.
• Clear, professional communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of basic food‑service and housekeeping procedures.
• Understanding of safety and security protocols in a hospitality environment.
