Cluster Housekeeping Manager

About the role
The Cluster Housekeeping Manager leads housekeeping operations across multiple hotels within the Accor portfolio, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the brand’s cleanliness, safety and service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day housekeeping activities to guarantee a clean and orderly environment.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and Accor policies regarding safety, hygiene and brand standards.
- Monitor departmental budgets, project milestones and performance targets.
- Organise workflow, delegate tasks and coach associates to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to support overall guest experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong professionalism with solid human‑resources and business‑acumen capabilities.
- Team‑player attitude with dedication to high standards.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English and conversational Arabic or Hindi.
