Cluster Reservation Manager

About the role
Accor is seeking a Cluster Reservation Manager to lead the daily reservations operation across its hotel portfolio. You will ensure that every guest contact receives prompt, accurate, and caring service while supporting sales and other departments to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the reservations team to guarantee smooth, efficient daily operations.
- Process all reservations accurately and within the same working day.
- Maintain a high level of service quality for every guest interaction.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and other departments to ensure guests enjoy a seamless stay and sales targets are met.
Required profile
- Fluent English (required); Arabic language knowledge is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar reservations role, preferably within Accor hotels.
- Excellent telephone presentation and sales abilities.
- Highly interactive, people‑friendly attitude and strong team spirit.
Required skills
- Opera PMS (mandatory).
